Find a comfortable location where you are able to be quiet for a few moments.
Notice your breathing without trying to adjust it, just notice it as you breathe in and out. When a worry pops into your mind, gently push it to one side. Imagine it is a balloon floating in the air, and just push it to the side.
Once you are centered, listen to “What You Need is Here.” Imagine God’s abundance filling your vision. Imagine what that abundant life feels like. Continue to breathe normally and sink into abundance.
